I loved this! It was short, but still brilliant! When Zach was forced to shoot that man it was really sad but you wrote each section really well. I loved the scenes between Zach and Catherine, you captured their relationship really well with all the snarky, sarcastic comments. And the ending was amazing!

Wow, this was really good(e)! I love his life stages, and I especially love Zach age 5.
I can totally imagine a little boy hugging his mommy's leg, big green eyes filled with tears, asking her not to go.
Too cute. :) And sad, because she's leaving him all alone, but you know what I mean. I hope.
Anyways, good job!
