I remember how the common ori soldiers armor protected them against firearms in the SG-1 series. It dident help them att all from becoming swiss cheese so if Minos worry about that he can relax. Well after it have been tryed atleast.

Hello Minimatt. Sorry I been away for a while; I'm temporarily w/o comp access, but hope that will change next week.
Great idea to have the races of the Milky Way galaxy unite against the Ori. So many advanced races who could use their potential to fight, I', doin something similar in my story tauri-furling First Cntact and Alliance in a much later chapter. I'll also be having the Optricans (who esp hate intolerant religious fanatics like the Ori), reforemd Bedrossians, Unas, Tollan, Spirits, and the Hebridians.
Great minds think alike, eh buddy?
I just read ur 4 recent chaps and continue to love the story.

So the Ori are on the move.
"Hallowed are the Ori!" More like "Hallowed are the retards".
Seems like some of them have seen throw the lies tho. Of was that simply a show put on in Minos dream to give him some false hope. Well we will find out i guess.
I wonder what Earths contribution to the war will be. Sure we can beat the Ori on the ground (as long as they dont bring in ther priors) but in space all we can offer is... Umm four sticks and a stone? Unless the Asgard helps uppgrade the few ships Earth has that is pretty mutch what we can add.

Hmm. Quite a bit of loot the SGC has now. But not mutch usefull tho. Aside from the weapons-grade naquadah a Ha'tak and the zats.
The jaffa chainmail armor is soooo dark age and the staffweapons is generaly useless since they can barly hit the broadside of a barn from the inside. The only reason they hit someone at times at more than 20 meters range is because of the amount of shoots fired and nothing else i suspect.As O´Neill said in the series: A weapon for imtimedation. Not for war.
A-noob-is is gona get ** for the raid tho. Too bad for him.

Nice fic with a good amount of humor in it. I liked how Minos dealt with Kinsey. Cant ever stand that pompus a**. Just one thing tho. Minos got a crossbow bolt in his arm. Ok but how did it happen? Did someone shoot at him or did he by som odd turn tryed out a crossbow and happend to point it the wrong way and thus shooting himself?
