Here's my memory.
The Squonk Memory:
Based off a supposed creature of north American folklore, the Squonk Memory transforms the user into a small, wart covered and all around ugly creature that constantly weeps for it's hideous appearance. This Dopant is capable of shooting pressurized Tear Bullets from the eyes all over it's body and can generate enough tears to create a tidal wave if necessary. Can also dissolve into a puddle of tears to avoid attack/capture before reforming itself.
