Ok, you said you were not very familiar with English but what I'm saying has more to do with Japanese. When you metioned first name basis you were using sirname. Japense, lets say in English your name was Lee Smith. in, Japenese you would first state sirname Smith, then first name, Lee. So in English or somtimes refered to as westernized it would be Kakashi Hatake and Sakura Haruno. Since fanfiction has a lot of manga and English subbed episodes, We often use Japenese referencing.
So if you have them in a pissing contest again, Hatake and Haruno are sirnames.

Okay, well since you might not know what to write next, how about an almost threesome between the actor, kaka and saku? Or at least some major flirting between the actor and kaka. Maybe a comment in there somewhere that says: "You two do look good together" (hint kaka and saku).
