i can bet that beltino purposely make the gate unable to connect to sauria...hahahahaha.
the reason is bill is not in the station to tell whether beltino is saying the truth or not.
beltino can lie for all he likes since no one can see that he is lying and they still trust him.

Damn. I just can't get over how awesomely this story is evolving... just one question though (they'll probably be answered in later chapters, but...): Is Saru the same Sarumarine from Star Fox 64 (the boss on Zoness)? I feel like there's a big battle looming around the corner... Anyways, keep writing cuz I would be very angry if this story was discontinued D:

Oooo boy. That can't be good there at the end. Seems like there's some good action coming. One thing I'm wondering is why they didn't take Bill captive rather than let him go. Capturing the Pleiades already blows their cover so taking Bill might have given them something to hang over the heads of the folks up in charge, some sort of bargaining chip (unless they're godless villains - which they probably are, in which case it wouldn't matter.) It kind of bothers me that Fox would let his emotions cloud his judgment so much (thank god Wolf is there) that he wouldn't have seen that as an opportunity. I see Bill as a bad guy in the future but I just hope he'll come around in the end. Very, very nice chapter. I'm already thinking of different ways this story can go from here. Awesome job as always. 10/10 This story keeps me checking my mail every single day because it's THAT good. Keep writing and don't take too long to post or I'll die, but hey whatever you need to do to make this story the best. :]

I agree that Command should never have happened, and judging by your writing style, this is a more than acceptable replacement. I applaud your restraint and clear thinking as far as relationships go; it disturbs me to no end when I come across some seriously messed up pairings that ruin stories. You, however, seem to have it all in hand. Keep up the good work!
Also, there's been mutterings and rumors of a new Star Fox game coming out. I've tried to confirm or dispel these rumors, but have had no luck. Perhaps you should look into it?

oh man...if bill wakes up...he will be able to lead a large enough troops to take down fox and wolf's team completely. they should have tied him up and dragged him somewhere where he is hidden from view.

Woo hoo! An update! Aha...sorry about your hectic work schedule. I'm just happy you got this chapter up cuz I've been waiting forever to keep reading this story! I love the plot of the story and they way you write just keeps me spellbound from one scene to the next. I dunno, maybe I'm just a sucker for military stories or whatever, but I can't find, like, ANYTHING to pick on here! Don't worry, someone else probably will, but that's THEIR duty. Mine's just to enjoy this amazing pensmanship. Great chapter! I really like how you're going about writing Bill. Personally, he's one of my favorite Star Fox characters and he usually doesn't get much of a spotlight in, well, anything so the fact that he's part of the main cast, you could say, makes this story even more likeable to me. Now I'm wondering what's gonna go down in Norantrova. Miyu's there, Bill's headed in that direction, and then the Star Fox insurgents are supposed to be headed there too, I believe. I just hope that Bill's gonna stay on the side of the insurgents cuz I don't want him to have to be killed . I mean it's not like he has much of a choice does he? If he were to become a dissident he'd be facing some pretty heavy persecution, worsened by the fact that the military has so much grip on him. If he stays as Admiral, that could eventually work towards the insurgents' favor because he could act like Pepper and Beltino and spy on the Republic from within. That's what I'M imagining. Anyways, this review is getting kinda long so I'm gonna cut it off here. Great job on this chapter! 10/10
