This story. So good! Wow. I actually got to see bare live and in person for this first time tonight, and though I'd watched a taped version on YouTube, it was splendid.
I think you do an amazing job keeping up the sorta AUish thing goin on, but still encorporatig a lot ofthe original dialogue.

Besides being overly flirtatious to the extreme, Ivy's really not that bad. I mean, we don't really have time to see her reaction to Jason being gay other than her initial disbelief. (In this fic, however, I do think I hate her, just a bit... You're writing her realistically, but I wish she could be content with Matt.)
Anyway, I'm glad this isn't turning into a Glee-reminiscent situation, even if Ivy is acting like Quinn. Jason's not stupid enough to be a Finn. Hopefully if Ivy keeps it up, he'll be smart and ask for a DNA test or something, because the thought that Peter might have any doubt about him is crushing. Jesus wouldn't be so cruel...
I like the incorporation of lines from the musical that are gradually changing and growing fewer to reflect the changes. But it was pretty awesome when Nadia cornered Peter. I love your depiction of her.
I don't know why people aren't reviewing (probably for the same reason Bare never made it to Broadway) but keep up the good work! I like the idea of a canon yet AU fic, even if it doesn't end happily. (Although, I think it'd be interesting to see what would happen in a second chance AU where they both remember what happened... it'd probably be all fluff,though.) Can't wait for an update!
