I just finished your first chapter in your second attempt at this crossover.
Obviously, this is a very big endeavor, given the massive amounts of lore the two universes have.
Even after your last attempt was a spectacular disaster, I am willing to give you a second chance, for I too have grown older, wiser and more knowledgable.
But I swear to you I will cease to read this story and let every WH40K fan I know to not give this story a read if I find any more of your ABOMINABLE HUMAN-ELDAR ROMANCE.

If void shields work by negating infinite damage for a certain amount of time, before overloading (sort of like Kayle's ult form LoL) and the Star Wars shields work by dissipating a set amount of energy before needing to be recharged, a WH battleship could theoretically tank a Dearthstar superlaser, yet could be disabled by a duration effect low energy burst.

I never did trust those Ethereals. Slimy blighters.
Nice job on this chapter! Those Tau deserve a kicking in the teeth, and the Imperium seem to be the only ones who can do it right. Though a Jedi fighting Tau (with those blasted railguns) should be interesting.
On that note, I do not belive that a lightsaber could stop a solid round, like a bolter shell or a railgun bullet. And solid round weapons are fairly prevalent in these societies.

Sorry that got cut off. Your star destroyers can, and will take massive damage, seeing as tech levels are not that disparite. After all, thebimperium is older by far than the republic, and has been using tech that is, in some cases, infinitely any gap would be easilyvmade up for by sheer fanaticism. Most downed ships in that galaxy, and I can offer examples, would blow up their warp drives if they had a change. Also, imperial citizensvwould be extremely religious folk , and both that and history would say that even citizens fight to the death. And as for the comissars are for. Suicidal bravery. That is how the imperium has survived. Please don't make them buffoons. And as for necrons, they have been around since the dawn of time so please give credit where due.

Nice job! It really is a good story. However, there are a couple issues. First off, you somewhat overrate Stat Ears combat capabilities. Even a 19- kilometer dreadnaught would take some major damage battling
