Is it wrong that when I read a bit where Mai gets hurt or in trouble or faints, my head screams 'GODDAMN IT MAI!'? Cause it does. Apart from that, I'm really enjoying the story and I like the way that you haven't shamelessly added pairings into it either. Or given Mai a past where everyone's been murdered. I did laugh at a typo in a previous chaper, where I think you meant to say 'Her legs' but it came out has 'Hayley's'.
