I just finished this story and I have to say...I've been going through the archives for months now and this is the first one I've really, truly enjoyed. I love all of the additional characters and the story was great! Thank you so much! Plus, you can never go wrong with a little badass Maura. Thanks again!

First fanfic? My only constructive criticism is that it's awesome and you should write more.
Seriously, I finished with the first chapter prepared for it to be sort of a one-shot drop off the face of the earth type of thing? Then you completely reversed courses and threw me for a loop with the shrink, the trial, etc etc. It was a great surprise, and added amazing depth to an already good first chapter. So kudos!

I'm just saying ... we, your readers, may have needed a safe word before reading this story because it's very disconcerting just how well you channel Hoyt. Very. Disconcerting. My god, woman, you write a helluva story. Just when I get comfortable thinking I know where this is going, you throw in a twist ... a devilishly addling, delectable twist. Forgive me for calling anything to do with Hoyt delectable, yeah? As Poe knew, and apparently so do you, we all have a fiendish sliver within us that has a lurid taste for the macabre, a latent desire for both feeling and cultivating fear ... except, perhaps, for Maura Isles, an unlikely beautiful soul amidst a menagerie of beasts. Still, you make me doubt that one comforting thought; perhaps even she has a beast within that has finally been awakened by her scarred beauty's kiss.

Wow! I have just started reading Rizzoli & Isles fanfiction and this can be counted as one of the best. An interesting crime story teamed with a credible romance. You had me captivated from the first sentence of this story. You are an AMAZING writer. I cannot get over it. I was on the edge of my seat, well, bed, well, pillow. I hope no one noticed my entirely engaged self. Literally, so so good. So well written, you need to write books and sell them. I would buy them all.
Please write more stories for us!
