Ohhh! Im enjoying this... it's different. I like different not just brotherhood fanboys kicking Enclave ass 24/7 I mean writing about the brotherhood is great but when you basically do the same thing as the games it gets pretty stupid.

Nice work as always.
It has been awhile.
I shudder at the though of the swampfolk. I'm glad i relocated to Vegas.

Truly amazing! I've always wanted to see an Outcast story, and lo and behold, you have provided! And you wrote it well!
More of the LW would be cool, and maybe Andale (because of the patrol that goes around the town) or even how they would react to Uncle Leo or Plik, or even, if you dare...the Dunwich Building, and all it's horrors.
Can't wait for the update!

Another good chapter. Outcasts in Point Lookout? Why not! :)Having them do what the L.W did originally, is a good take. Makes the Outcasts more believable in that they are actually trying to continue the pursuit of "knowledge and lore", rather than sitting and chilling out in Fort Independence like in the game.
Again keep up the good work.

The Wiki is pretty clear -and Fallout 1 was pretty good at portraying- on what the West Coast Brotherhood is like. I had nothing but contempt for them. They had a shining moment in Fallout 2 against the Encalve, but then they go to war with the NCR because it had the gall to challenge their precious technological primacy. They could help build something new and lasting, but instead decide to tear down anyone and everyone so the Brotherhood could stay on top. I'm glad the NCR ground them under a bootheel and sent them running to their holes.
I was truly amazed and heartened when I discovered the Brotherhood of Steel in the DC Wasteland. Finally, people living up to the responsibilities of the power they wield rather than sitting on it and letting everyone else suffer. Finally, a leader and a faction that decided to USE their gifts and skills for the greater good rather than for their own glorification. It was truly awesome.
Then I met the Outcasts, and wanted to spit. It was nice in a way, actually. It gave me some familiar scum to shoot at. Their power armor became parts for my power armor, and they're a reliable source of stimpacks and ammo.
I *really* want to see how you finish out the Operation: Anchorage portion. The Outcasts don't exactly cover themselves with glory there. McGraw wants to be generous and provide a fair reward for a stranger putting her ass on the line for them, and Sibley goes on a rampage. I barely managed to save Olin, myself. That Shocksword is awesome.
Anyway. Post more, dammit!

It was a nice little short chapter. I think I just saw OC x OC developing there. Not sure, just an assumption. I guess I'm more of a war person when it comes to Fallout 3. Survival, is amazing too. But I will literally follow many Outcast patrols to see where they go. I like them so much, I'll take the brunt of an attack from high leveled creatures. I nuked two Albino Scorpions once to keep a patrol alive. Anyways, update soon.

I just started reading this. The Outcasts have been one of my favorite factions in Fallout 3 for a long time. I do have to say that their faction is highly uncredited of their appearances and interactions in Fallout 3. This story makes up for it. I'm waiting on this to be updated once more.

This is my first review and/or post on fan fiction. I have to say this in enthralling. Your look on the Outcasts is brilliant and well crafted. The personal development is fantastic also. Keep it up. I just hope that we get a reconciliation of sorts in future chapters but hey, that's just because I like Lyons BoS idealism/honour and Casdin's Outcasts commitment and focus on their original mission. :)
