Demyx. Of course it would have to be him. He's the closest being to wielding water in the Kingdom Hearts Universe.
Sora knew exactly what he was doing when he struck himself with the Keyblade. However, the Kingdom Key, or Ultima, or any other Keyblade of his for that matter, isn't like the Keyblade to Unlocking People's Hearts. Something to keep in mind.
All that aside, excellent fic. I wouldn't say too much about people being in or out of character too much because other than Gibbs and Ziva, the others weren't around long enough to measure their character reference. Abyss would have to be OOC to actually fit in this story, so that's not really relevant.
Can't wait for sequel, and if it's already up, will be reading that next.
Also, flames just to revive Lea/Axel. He's a great character that doesn't have to be yaoi in any fashion. So, Flames all around until Lea is revived.
