Oh come on. Shino wouldn't have just stood there while that Yoroi guy was holding his arm. Shino and Neji were around the same strength at this point in time in canon. Shino is also pretty damn ruthless, blowing a guy's arms off and all. He would have killed Yoroi with a kunai. The guy was just standing there!

Errrr, can't say I like this chapter. If Rock Lee can graduate without being able to do any of the Academy 3, then Naruto's ability to already use elemental chakra would be surely be considered; different sponsors, but I can't see Iruka treating the results the same. Especially since he really would do better on the written test ... and, with his increased socialization, he's probably better at taijutsu, with others to spar with, and I could see Tsume and her clan helping out as well.
