4alith anar
I recently found this story but even with the ooc of alith anar, I rather enjoyed it. Its premise is fairly unique to me an alith anar has always been my favorite elf. I do hope you continue this story.
Have fun and good luck

Hey I don't know if you are still writing this story but I would like to read more! also your question about Skaven... I happen to play both High Elves and Skaven so I would suggest for Skaven: Clanrats, Stormvermin, Grey seer on a screaming bell maybe? and maybe a hell pit abomination. against this is you are looking at normal High Elf units I would put sword masters, spearmen or sea guard and, to keep the theme of your story, shadow warriors. I hope this helps and feel free to ask anything about Skaven you don't know!

That was great! "You obviously weren't listening a few moments ago" Best one-liner I've read in this story so far.
Anyway, I can't wait to see where you go with it, but am saddened to find that it won't be updated again til next winter.

It is always nice to see a good story coming back from the deads. And finally, Alith is meeting a Dragon ! Knowing the affinity between High-elves and dragons, I hope they will like each-others...
About the Skavens...In Ulthuan, the Swordmasters of Hoet are some sort of special investigators. So if there is something lurking in the dark, they will be here, waiting for it with a very big sword.
Good to have you back !

Rat-plague eh? Well, just set out some super-sized rat poison stations, and you'd be good to go, right? Right? Oh, crap. Due to the extenuating circumstances, you may borrow my endless supply of C4.

Good story, I may not be a fantasy fan (I'm 40k :) but that dosen't stop me from appreciating this. Though I'm not sure about your OC's age, I mean Arya was about 100. I also would have thought that the other elf would be abit more shocked at Anar's age, I doubt Inheritance elves live past 1000. Not to mention Anar's reaction to this strange new way of casting magic.
Ah atheism, I know that it probably woulden't be possible in this story (khaine ain't shattered into a thousand pieces in this universe) but I just wonder what would happen if those atheist elves meet my friend the Avatar. *grins evilly*

I really like the unique-ness of this story plus almost no one actualy writes good warhammer storys it's always warhammer 40k and don't get menacing they are both good but some old gritty action with q sword and bow written correctly like yours is and I love it. Though you are right Anar is a bit ooc and in the history chapter you never mention the girl he fell in love with that now serves the witch king but that's okay. Plus malekith? (didn't really want to look up the spelling right now) truly did denounce his mother and the cults did you read the book? It took awhile for his mother to corrupt him he was decent for a long time in it and only wanted a strong elven nation I will agree after he free's his mom he is a power hungry fool tho. You should also read the shadow king book because your portrayal isn't so far off for Anar plus you make him not so angst so I actually don't mind him being a little different. Also I don't remember which god gifted him his bow but you forgot his whole I live with a wolf pack life story and that he now almost only serves the god of the hunt.

This is a very cool story. Smielyface.
I think that the current chapter wasn't *to* bad.

Gimme the long version any day. I'm sorry I could not review on Five, it is my custom to review only on the last chapter available, and it seems that you may have posted twice within a day. Either way, I was out all day, and when I got back you had already loosed two chapters upon the world. Not for the first time do I appreciate Alith's time freeze ability. Keep it up, I will return.

Quite excellent fighting! I don't wish to run foul of him anytime soon. I'm impressed that he did away with his title so quickly; most people would hold to it as one of the last things left of his home. He seems rather intent of killing things. Mean, lean killing machine?

I like how this is shaping up, but I wonder about his motives. Does Brandise seek to have many more smoked glass tombs in his collection? Also, I think this Brandise is quite powerful. I have never heard of a spell that forces the spell's target to secrete liquid shadow that can be turned into smoked glass. I don't like the man.

As little as I know about the other part of this crossover, the word 'orc' stood out to me for some reason. Dang it! Now I got to look the damn word up. Anywho, I had been curious to see what you were up to; I haven't heard much from ya.
Your friend, Hideout Writer.
