Just...wow.
Awesome story, and one of the best jobs I've seen of keeping Lightning in character while not freezing her in time. A slow transition into the next of her life that doesn't revolve around any huge new plot contrivances or sudden rips in reality, just a slow build up of life moving on. You also strove to keep everyone else involved, yet not in such a way that overshoots the point of the fic, to show Lightning's growth both as an individual and as sister, friend, and soldier.
Thank you for such a wonderful fic.

Fantastic stuff. Loved the slow burn story line. Love the characters and the story line. This was my first introduction to this world, and a great one at that! Would have loved to see a little bit more of the ladies together mind you (maybe you'll grace us with a one-shot at some point). You are just that good! Either way, awesomeness squared. Kudos!

Great story! I just found and read it. I love the characterization of Lightning, I think it's perfect. My only complaint is just a personal annoyance of mine - the pairing never gets together until the very end, and then you don't get to see a lot of them together. Still, the rest of the story was -well- worth reading, and you can bet I'll be checking out your other stuff. Well done!

Yay! Warm fuzzies in my belly. I really love how this turned out. A true happy ending in my opinion. I thought it was going to be a epic 20+ chapter fic when I read the first chapter almost, what? two summers ago?... Maybe not that long, but I am pleasantly surprised that you managed to include a good fill of action, angst, fluff, cheer and everything else in between. It really seems like there are way more chapters than there really is... (Short, but in no way less sweet. And very...complete) it's like a perfect serving of Light-Flight Pie! haha. I'm going to be re-reading this many more times, even if i will miss getting updates for this fic.

This was a wonderful way to end the story. I thought it very symbolic that Fang and Light finished the house in this chapter, and so doing, solidified their feelings and love for each other. A wonderfully written, gripping tale LMP. Keep up the awesome writing! ^^

this chapter was beautiful - some parts were even like poetry - just emotional and brillant - i thoroughly enjoyed reading this and am sad that the story is ending. it seems like such a fast ending. are u planning a sequel? one question though - i know in the last stanza that Serah and Vanille are overjoyed about something but we as the reader don't find out why. Why are they soo happy? are fang and Light getting married or something? we are left to guess why. however there is a feel good vibe at the end and i want to encourage you to keep writing!
