Awwww... That was fantastic.
I don't normally read Disney fan fiction, but this story was recommended to me and I loved the movie. I wanted to congratulate you (if no one else already has) about how well you kept everyone in character. Eugene is so bashful and charming as he switches from Flynn to Eugene. All of his inner heartache and insecurities bubbling forth in a very human way.
And Rapunzel, her naivete and her intelligence and her utter joy at seeing things with new eyes. And the way that she morphs into a bit of a temptress, while still keeping her inner innocence is lovely.
Your story was a sweet surprise. May you spin more fanciful tales in the future. Thanks for writing this! :-)

I have just discovered this story and had to simply stop and take a breather. I don't normally read disney movie fics, especially M ones because when I did try, they were...not written very well and kind of made me watch the movies with a shudder, but I am so glad I gave this one a chance.
This story is wonderfully written, and I love the more realistic-yet-still-magical element to the Tangled universe. You add humor in all the right places and I find myself chuckling out loud during some scenes, something I normally do not do! Your characterization is so spot-on with everyone, and then you kickdrive it with your own personal touch and style, and humanize them to the closest degree (where you address the very things that disney movies ignore-what happens after the 'happily ever after' ending, sexual frustration and exploration and all).
I can guarantee that I will be sporadically fangirling and reviewing as I continue to read this story-which I will probably dedicate most of my day today reading 20 chapters-so you have been warned. But considering you have almost 2,000 reviews, this one will probably be lost in the myriad of your other fangirls :)
