Now I feel like I'm dumping stuff on you, but I can siriusly relate to Merlin here...minus the whole friends bit...and the whole Arthur bit...and the whole social life bit...
But yeah, this was really beautiful, and not to be sappy, but I really connected with it...Very well written :)

It was so sweet! And you are so right and this holds such a meaning. Because truly if you are active and smiling and joking all the time people wants to be around you but when that one day comes and something had happened and you're depressed people always do notice, they just turns around and leave becausem they don't want to get involved with other people problems. It's so cruel!

For a while there, I thought they already got together behind the scenes and were spending that week that Merlin was missing having crazy sex all over every surface of Merlin's apartment.
But my hopes were shattered.
Although I suppose they could still have crazy sex after that last scene.
Good job in this, although your use of run-on sentences sometimes ruins the effect of the story rather than help it, just because of the comma splices and the unnecessary use of the word "and."
Using run-ons is fine and dandy when telling a story, so long as it isn't as obvious when there are grammatical errors present; in fact, sometimes they even help thr story make a greater impact.
I suggest just proof-reading everything you write, and maybe get a beta or just a peer editor.
But remember, you still have a good thing going here.
Arthur, especially.
