It's good.
It's good because she really does have a non-stop brain, and this is one of those things that one likes to see acknowledged. She used to tell Oz to help her not spaz so much, but she doesn't seem to need to say it to Tara.
It's also good because it makes so much sense that when she realized she couldn't do anything about extending life in general, an especially in the case of Tara, that she would set her sights on brringing about life and by extension making sure that Tara(and the lovee they both share) does live on (in their children).
