Love Alex rubbing off on Justin. Justin acting a little bit more like Alex is always fun. And vice versa of course.

Oh my I am totally loving Max right now! As much as I love Justin and Alex they cant compare to him! Max is AWESOME and we all know that he is nowhere close to being the idiot he is portrayed as! :) Luv to read more MAX-centric fics by you if you ever feel like writing some more you capture him PERFECTLY!

Even though I ship Jalex, Max is by far my favorite character. This is the best max-centric fix I have ever read. I also hate it when other authors just kind of ignore Max and make him seem like a minor character because with Max's personality, you can make him do practically anything, which you took advantage of perfectly. Plz update/write faster :P

As a Jalex lover, this story truly reaffirms my prior beliefs about how negligent poor Max must feel amongst his siblings. It also makes me feel somehow responsible, like we shouldn't allow his desires and hopes and dreams to go unnoticed! Although Jalex is one of my favorite couples due to their wonderful chemistry on screen, Max has to be my favorite character :). I absolutely adore your Max. I love that he gets to be the center of attention for once in his goddamn life! I think Alex & Justin would often forget about him, but need an eye opener to truly see his worth. I'd love to read another Max P.O.V. story of yours in the future! You truly write his character best & actually make stories in his point of view more fascinating than anyone else. Plus, I'd love to see this Max realy succeed in life. Surprise his family & actually prove to his family that he's going to become something great! The three siblings are ridiculously close, so its unimaginable how much hidden pain Max would experience at their hands even though they'd never meant to hurt him! Anyway! I'll keeping an eye open for any new updates with your other story OTP & on any new stories! Thank you for reading my review & even more important making an incredible story3

Alright, I like Max PoV, so here we go.
Okay, this is one of the best harebrained schemes Max has EVER done in a fanfic. It is so incredibly Max. I have to simply stare in wonder and appreciation of Max Russo being like this...
Hm, hopefully you actually read these. I know you're mostly an LJer, so I'm not sure. Mind RSVPing when you see this?
You know what? There are too many pop culture references in your fics. It doesn't fit with WOWP very well. It has its own value, but I just don't see them doing it constantly like this.
Harper's at Zeke's family reunion? Something tells me that I REALLY want to see that B-Plot.
(And if Jerry didn't know his kids better, he'd swear that a kind of amused, knowing look passed between them for a split second, like they were sharing some sort of inside joke.)
That one took it a bit too far. Not subtle enough.
Jerry has a mission for Max? Well done scene, though a little too far on the wrong side of "show don't tell" for Max.
("No, they've always done that,")
So very true.
The theories are all rather plausible, with the exception of Max's.
("Whatever it is Justin and Alex are hiding, you'll know it by Monday.")
Alright, what could it possibly be?
Hm, you know I think you have some of the best premises I've seen in WOWP fanfic in a while. So much is just "Justin and Alex moments" and stuff, but you have some definitely plots to them, and they tend to get creative.
Sticking with the whole "review until I'm done" thing, and hopefully I will get more than half a review box full this time.
Chapter Two opens PERFECTLY again.
That is an AWESOME parody of video games right there. I am impressed. And poor Maxie is taking it so seriously too.
("Alfred moved away last month.")
I feel really sorry for Max. I mean, come on, he was really looking forward to it! It sounded like exactly his kind of thing.
("Mom, dad...backyard, rickety fire escape...tomato, tomahto, hahahaha!" Alex laughed, waving her hand as if to brush off such petty details as she stalked towards him. "The point is, you're going to South Dakota, you're going to have a great time, and you're absolutely not coming back until Monday. Call us when you get there, say hi to Al for us, have a safe trip, BYE!")
Alex's plan has some SERIOUS holes in it...
Come to think of it Alfred probably needs an experience like this right now, or at least a friend.
Alright, the whole scene is PERFECT for Wizards of Waverly Place.
(OHMIGOD MAX WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?)
If Jalex ever actually came to the show, than this is how it would happen.
("Oh right, spy. Can you guys do the last five minutes over again? I forgot to pay attention.")
He saw EVERYTHING he needed to and he still doesn't...
Max Russo in the flesh.
I said it just a minute ago, but I'll say it again. If Wizards of Waverly Place ever actually decided to go full out Jalex the introduction scene would almost certainly go like this.
I feel sorry for Justin, or more technically his private parts.
(They were the older ones, they should know better.)
In SO many ways and for SO many reasons.
Sonny with a Chance reference? Well, Max probably DOES think So Random is funny. I need to remember that one.
(Holy crap, so that's why they wanted to send him to South Dakota?)
I'm kind of surprised that Max hasn't managed to develop an entirely different theory for what they're talking about.
("For one thing, I'm pretty sure the Comics Code Authority tends to frown on this sort of thing.")
Not like any real comic tries for that one anymore.
("Gah!" Max said, actually wincing and sticking out his tongue at this. Because yeah, while he'd gotten there on his own, thanks, actually hearing Justin confirm it out loud? Eyyugh.)
Poor little Max.
(or fantasizing about all the terrible things he'd do to Sonny Monroe, given even half a chance.)
Um, terrible things? Now I'm starting to wonder just WHAT Max is thinking about.
("Well, duh.")
Not like anyone who watches this show could disagree with that (except for James Doyle for some reason).
I love that Max watches So Random. I am SO stealing that if you don't mind. It just plane WORKS.
Max sent them both to South Dakota? Seriously? That's definitely wicked awesome.
("Er, you don't think Max would try to run the place by himself, do you?" Justin asked from the doorway, concerned. "Because somehow I think that might actually be worse...")
I suspect that is EXACTLY what he is doing.
("Seriously. I'm already sleeping with you. Please stop trying to be cool to impress me.")
So well done.
Hm, your Max is one of the very best I've seen. I hope to see a lot more of him in the future. I have NO IDEA why this is only your tenth review for this fic.
(Funnily enough, though, the only drinks he sent up with the subs were bottles and bottles of Gatorade, as though he were worried that dehydration might become an issue.)
The first real two days they've got together? THOSE two have got together? Yes, very much a concern.
Okay, this might be the best Max centered fic I've read, ever. And I LIKE Max, a lot.
I'll admit that your earlier fics I read were not my favorites. HBFS honestly struck me as having issues with Alex's character off and on, or something, hard to place really, but just didn't like it as much, which lead to my relatively short review. Smut was hilarious but felt a bit awkward (I didn't entirely buy it in all honesty. Enjoyed, yes, believed, no). Tatooine was a fine one shot for what it was though. But this? Alright, this is going to be an all time favorite fic of mine. Max was PERFECT! Seriously, your Max steals the show. That's hard when we're seeing a Jalex I could actually buy on the show if they somehow went insane and did it.
I think this one worked because the humor was similar to the show. Too many fics go for the drama, romance, and angst over the humor (not saying I don't do this). Those tend not to feel quite like WOWP. But this one felt EXACTLY like WOWP without sacrificing anything in the romance or characterization department.
All around a fantastic job. I hope to see more of your Max in the future.
I will say that this gets me VERY excited for the rest of the upcoming OTP. It shows that your writing has improved in some ways, and shows that you handle humor well. A wave of pop culture references also REALLY fits a fic about Alex discovering the fandom better than other works.
Hm, slightly worried that you'll miss this as a primarily LJ user. I'll see what I can do to communicate this onto live journal, though as I'm not sure how it works I'd appreciate your getting back to me through FF.Net.
