This was adorable! I loved Draco being all sneaky to figure it out - the hints about his knowledge of Ginny's tendency to choose different hiding places spoke volumes about their relationship, and that was a nice touch.
And the hippogriff piss was a hysterical secret to have. ^_^
I really liked it, and I think you did a great job for it being your first challenge. It can be hard to work in all the details; I usually end up fudging the rules quite a lot. ;)

Okay.
1: This was hilarious.
2: I would not go NEAR a biscuit that contained hipogriff piss. Disgusting. And one litre is A LOT, so those would be very 'pissy' tasting biscuits. *shudders*
Baking aside, this was very funny, as I said. I think you twisted the rules quite a bit, but I shall forgive you this time. ^_~

Rules were meant to be broken. And hey, you didn't really break any... just altered minor details.
All in all, I loved it! I was looking forward to seeing what kind of things people would come up with for this prompt and you definitely came up with something brilliant!

Okay, this was brilliant! =D
Right from the first line I was laughing. "The secret was the hippogriff piss." HOW did you come up with that? It's too disgustingly brilliant to be true.
This was incredibly well done, though there were a few typos, it didn't really draw me out of the story.
And a liter of Hippogriff piss...well, depending on how big a batch, that could be an absurdly large amount. But let's say it's for a big batch so that I'm not so incredibly disgusted by the amount of urine in the biscuits. ;D
Once again, marvellously done!
P.S.: helpful hint: there are approximately four liters in every gallon. ^^
