Haha, I did like the Phineas and Ferb reference. It made me smile. :)
On the plus side: originality; I think this is the first Kid vs. Kat fanfic about this pairing. I don't like cliche things, but this isn't cliche, so... good?
Now, the bad side: I noticed a ton of misspellings (examples: sereously instead of seriously, Febe instead of Phoebe, gousts instead of ghosts, etc.). Maybe spellcheck could help. :)
It is surprising that Fiona could write such a good song, but then again, the show hasn't given her any character flaws and has made her good at everything, so I guess that's perfectly in character. (Personally, I think Fiona is a bit of a Mary Sue, but that's just my opinion.)
Anyway, good job on being original and for actually putting some story in with the song, since for most fanfic writers, a songfic equals a song and maybe two or three sentences of actual "story." So good job on that, and have a nice day.
