I love you so much twin!
Oh Kurt! I just wanted to squeeze and hug him and shelter him from the mean mean world at the beginning of this. And thank you for giving a reason as to why Kurt was so upset about losing the competition. It felt a little weird in the show and his answer of "I just really wanted to win" felt loaded to me, like there was more going on there. So, thank you for giving us an answer.
Having said that...
OH MY GOD! I LOVE YOUR PAPA BEAR HUMMEL!
Seriously, I love Burt so freaking much when he runs to Kurt's aid. Best father ever. And I loved your little nod to "Sexy". Well played, twin, well played. ;) And of course, Burt wins at life because his paternal instincts extend to Blaine because he can see the boy needs it and his heart is too soft to deny someone who is struggling (especially when that someone reminds him of his own son). So yeah, if you could write more Burt, that would be awesome. ;)
And thank you for not making these two teens miraculously in love after a few days. Love takes time and grows slowly. They're well on their way but they're not there yet. You didn't rush the relationship to make the story romantic and I think that made it even more beautiful.

nice burt reaction. he does get rather overzealous when it comes to kurt.
and i love how scared of him blaine is. he didn't make a perfect impression in the past, and now he's kurt's boyfriend...that's a tough break on the meeting the father scale.

XD Oh, poor Blaine! Hehe, this was a delight to read. Oh, the Klaine fluff is just incredible, but what I really like the most about this fic has to be Burt; you characterize him perfectly! I can't wait to see his future interactions with Blaine now that he and Kurt are together. Oh boy...
