I feel what really makes the fic interesting is that Lightning is actually very innocent compared to all the darkened characters as well as moral vices. In XIII she was pretty much a cold-hearted bitch the first half of the game, thinking only of herself and leaving the rest of the cast to fend for themselves several times. In this fic, she is thrust into an environment where she is a pinnacle of innocence in a place devoid of moral conscientiousness.

I thought this would be really over-the-top and gritty/violent, but I think you have handled things quite tastefully and developed the plot a great deal.

I knew I shouldn't have read this because of how long ago it was updated, but I'm glad I did because it was so amazing :) I truly and irrevocably love how you strung this story of a gang war and threw the two heroines in the middle of it in a way that was extremely (in a figure of speech) page turning I couldn't stop reading it; I probably spent the last 4 hours reading this lol I loved how you developed their relationship in this setting and still making it seem entirely effortless. Also the plot that you had initially hadn't a clue as to where it was going seemed to flow so smoothly, I'm wholly impressed yet again with your work, and though this might not be updated, I am glad to say I have taken the time to read it and have been able to enjoy it Thank you :)

What a great story from start to finish. The effort you put for every detail is amazing, you may have very few spelling errors here and there but nothing major. I can only now wait for whenever you write something new because I just can't have enough of your outstanding writing.
