You know, I've read this story and I can't believe I didn't review it. I was drawn to it because of the title. 'The Road to Betsy'. That's just too cool. It rolls off the tongue. Is that a song? Cause if it's not it should be. You just inspired a poem. Hell yes.
I thought you did a nice job on this story. Something that was interesting that I just thought of was Crooke having Betsy in the 70s. I think that during that time the birth was either used with no pain medicine or so much that the mother was knocked out to the point of not knowing where she was. Or maybe that was the late 60s. I don't know I just remember my grandparents talking to me about having my dad, and it was pretty hilarious. I'm rambling now. I'm sorry.
Kelso, trying to comfort Brooke in labor. "I don't think singing we will rock you is going to help". You've always got a good Kelso line in store.
All in all, I really like this story. I wish there was more. This exchange is a really fun read.

Yes, alcohol might be as good an explenation as anything to the mystery of why Brooke hooked up with Kelso in the first place. And you wrote Kelso's clumsyness well int he third chapter.
Double points for using one of the minor characters, fics about them seem to be rare in this fandom.

Nice story. But and I know we didn't see a lot of Brooke but reading this story about her made her seem like your own OC and not Brooke at all. The same with your other fic I reviewed, but I forgot to mention. Maybe you should read some stories with Brooke and Kelso, there aren't a lot but there is a really good one called Baby Talk. Can't remember who wrote it but it's worth the read. Makes Brooke likeable and more believable.

I am a sucker for original stories. So I like yours a lot. It is very well written and entertaining.
Now this is just me; something was missing. You did say that Brooke was strangely attracted to Kelso, I guess I wanted to know why. I felt that the story was a bit to impersonal.
And with that said an excellent story
