Wow, truth to be told, this is the first time I read a fic about Mammon's birthday! And it's very good! ;D
The writing style? There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. ^^ Every author has their own style, sooo~~ be proud of your own writing style! XD
Hoho, the situation really Mammon-like~. And the way you put Reborn's influence here is very interesting and funny. XD
And yeah, Luche's gonna be the perfect figure to make Mammon know how special is his birthday is! Not only a normal day passing, but something special for him~~ You picture her very sweet and great mother-figure ^o^ Great picture.
Ooooh~~ I love the ending! Mammon acting like that is just sooo dramatic! And somehow, I don't see it OOC at all! It's very sweet and dramatic. You did a good description about the emotions :D
And, just a simple note:
You can make Lussuria call Bel as "Bel-chan". Hehe ^^

Oh my! That was such a cute read! :D I love that you made it, the writing style, simple and easy to read. :D No such complicated stuff. ^^ The transition from present time to flashback is smooth as well. :D
The story is so cute! :D I especially like the part of the flashback. :) Luche's being so motherly. :D And Viper acted so innocent with the 'wish', like a child. :D It's like seeing a bit more of his personality. ^^
With "Master Pao Pao", :D haha Reborn's interfering with people's lives again. XD But, it makes me think that this way, you're showing that Reborn cares for Mammon. :)
