This story is pretty interesting. Crazy Redd is definitely in character; good job with that. I suggest that you proofread more. There are some mistakes that mess up the flow of the story.
I would love to see more description. It would make your chapters longer, and your readers would be able to get a better sense of setting. Right now, I'm pulling from my information about the AC world, but each town's a bit different. You show what your characters are feeling through actions, which gives me some insight into what they're thinking/feeling (well done). Remember to let your characters drive the story!
