Beautiful oneshot, Moofy! Great job! Now I feel terrible for not getting to these sooner! Yep, our little Cooro is a complicated character, eh? Very interesting reading a Cooro-centric fic, especially getting a taste of what was going through the poor boy's head during all those blank gazes and staring off into space he gave in that part of the manga. Thanks again!

This is a really good one shot. It makes the reader wonder about Cooro's past and if, in the anime, cooro is acting and not really happy all the time.I wish you could make a series about this. It was truly very good.

Wonderful. I've always wondered what actually went on inside Cooro's head, and this captures a could-be Cooro pretty well! Good job!

yeah, Cooro is pretty good at keeping his act on. I do believe he is, most of the time, just as happy-go-lucky as he seems (specially when concerning food); but it is obvious, specially in the 10th volume, that he's quite more than mysterious, and quite more reserved than the rest of the group (well... Senri only beats him cause he doesn't remember much...)
this story reminds me a 'lot' of Sheila, the demon queen, main character of the manga Superior, by Ichtys. (great manga that also needs a bit more of love...)
