Wow a lot of people really don't like Percy. I think you did a great job considering that you don't like the character. I find Percy fasinating. It seems like everyone had someone in the fam but him so maybe that's why I actually like the character. Plus it was wrong to insinuate that Percy was going to spy on the family b/c if Arthur didn't have a slightest suspision that he would, he wouldn't have said anything. At that point leaving was probably the best option so they wouldn't think he was spying on them. Plus he probably felt hurt. He was a prat as they say for a lot of things but so was Ron, Fred, George and Ginny. The constant jokes from Fred and George would get old quick plus some of them were mean spirited. Ron turned his back on Harry during the triwizard tournament and during the horcrox search (which is just as bad in my opinion). I guess Ginny's ok besides being real judgemental. Now that I write this, I realize all the Weasley's are crazy lol. I liked them all though b/c they are flawed and though it takes them a while, they come through for their friends and family. Sorry for all that extraness. I really liked your story :-)

Nice story! I am not a huge Percy fan either, but I think you represented his point of view well.

I stumbled across this and I must say I am a bit happy I did. I am not a fan of Percy, and havent really been since the beginning(you know, the uptight goody-two-shoes?).
Anyways, I was sitting here reading, and the only thing that could cross my mind was "Ha! Now you realise how horrible you have been to these people and now you should be ashamed!"
I dont know why I felt the need to tell you that, but I did, so. Anyways, I liked the story.

This fanfic nearly made me cry! Especially the bits where Fred was mentioned.
This fanfic is very well written, and considering you're not the biggest Percy Weasley fan, I think you have done well to write it in a neutral way. This is similar to how I would imagine JK Rowling writing Percy's feelings from after the war. And I'm sure you'll agree that that is quite the compliment :)

I like the concept of this oneshot, and overall I think you did a good job. There are some things that I'm not that happy about though, but I'm really picky, so don't worry about it. :)

Thanks for the story. I was very happy when Percy came back (in the books) and wished they had showen it in the movie but you can't have everything. Thanks again, you did a good job.
