It is rare that I love an 'OC-heavy story' but this is absolutely fantastic. It gives James, one of my favourite characters, a wonderful background and explored what could've happpened after his death as somehow I could never imagine him passing on straight away. A brilliant story, I can absoltely imagine this as canon!

Excellent story; great writing, really original plot. I like how you flesh out their world quite a bit, and show the "realistic" perspective on all the crazy supernatural events from the movies. Only one problem... I couldn't even read half the words of the last few chapters, though, because dammit, I was Not Going To Cry...

Oh wow, I wasn't sure what to expect with this story but it completely blew me away...the last few chapters I spent the entire time fighting tears while reading them...it was beautifully written...thank you for sharing!

It is good to know that James is at peace now, and that his father has come to terms with what happened. I can just imagine the looks on his wife's and her guests' faces when Edward showed up. Well-written over all, even if the flow needs a bit getting used to here. Perhaps you could make the breaks in the scenes clearly?
