There aren't so many Murtagh/Arya fanfics here. And yours is definetely eye-catching.
I am VERY glad that in your fic Arya is neither raped nor slaved. I've read other fics with the pairing and they're pretty disgusting. In my opinion. I may seem too romantic but still... :)
Hope you'll update soon

That was really good! And personally I look forward to MurtaghArya development and I don't mind it being slow, really.
Their dialogue was awesome.
There's only one thing bothering me - what about Arya's dragon? Has she abandoned him? I understand, he's too small to be involved much yet but still... I'm also interested how Murtagh and Thorn will react when they learn about him.
Oh yes, and one more important thing. Don't forget to update. Please? :)

This is some spiffy stuff! Great job! I'll definitely stick around for more.
Personally, I think you've done a great job with both Arya and Murtagh's POV.
Normally, I despise Arya, but you make her tolerable at the least. At the most, admirable.
Murtagh is good as well. I like how you've focused a lot on his philosophy interests. Also, I'm really glad that you've been balancing the positives with the negatives. :)

I thought this fic was dead! These chapters are really interesting, mostly because they are about Murtagh. He was the least expored character, dumb cp. Update i like your story

1Elemental Dragon Slayer
awesome chapter :D
Arya and Murtagh conversation was very well done, and quite funny actually XD Murtagh must be thinking 'Why thank you, you were oh so helpful Princess Arya. What would I do without your advice?' Top stuff. Murtagh's character is well done in this.
But I still feel sad for Murtagh, people do need to wake up and smell the coffee. He's a good person. Keep it up.

You must be watching something I havent watched. Or is it something from the Dark Knight Trilogy?
Either way, its excellent. I've said it before, and I'll say it now, you truly capture Murtagh beautifully.
Keep up the good work, and look forward to more!

Great start to your story. I like how you stayed so true to Arya, it is really uncanny! I also like the brooding misunderstood, scarred Murtagh. It makes a lot of sense for him to be that way. Update soon. The only thing is that I didn't understand why Eragon was so clueless? I always thought that he had some brain in him, even if he chose not to use it sometimes.

Poor Murtagh. Its like he is a shadow, a spectator, just watching how things revolve around him yet not finding a motivation or a reason to do something. He truly has yet to find a place to belong, and until then, he will continue to drift.
And yet, he still keeps his wits about him, although often times having a short temper. This is just what I think how Murtagh feels and is right now anyway.
I truly do wonder where Murtagh is going. The story is intriguing. Not many can capture Murtagh's essence. From his upbringing, to his challenges, Murtagh is truly an under appreciated character that has alot of depth to him. Any lesser man would have failed in his shoes, yet he still prevails, and he has a strong desire to survive.
With that being said, I do enjoy your story, as I like how you seemed to have captured Murtagh well personality wise. As Saphira said, there is no black and white for Murtagh, only shades of grey.
Well, definitely look forward to where this is going, and good job so far.

Even though I read Inheritance, I'm actually liking this. Murtagh is very interesting and I sort of preferred his point of view
