Your story has potential, however there are some mistakes that prevent a reader from becoming immersed in your story.
Your biggest flaw in this that you keep distracting from the main point. Sakura's thoughts are all over the place, straying from the main situation, you keep lurching the reader back and forth between her thoughts and what is actually happening without giving the reader time to recover. You punctuation needs a lot of work. Particularly you need to separate two speakers, like beginning a new paragraph after one person speaks and another answers. Also, you need to put periods "." at the ended when a person speaks, an begin the new sentence with Capitalization.
However I really like where you are going with this. Pairing Sakura with the 2nd Hokage sounds cool, so please take my pointers into consideration when you update (soon!) :)

Glad to see you back; I was starting to wonder. Good chapter. However I would like to see things from Tobirama and Hashirama's POV.
I wonder will there be time for Sakura to show her talents because back then medic-nin were not allowed on teams. I can't wait for more Tobirama/Sakura moments. Plus what is Madara up to. Will he be a problem between Tobirama and Sakura? Update ASAP!
