I was in tears through these six hard chapters. Stung pretty close to home, personally, and feeling Naruto's pain was like feeling my own all over again. Though it's been a few years, the pain is always there. The only difference is learning to control how close to the heart that pain is allowed. But a story like this makes the moment of loss so fresh, I found myself losing my composure. I think it will be a while before I can revisit this installment...

Gods I can't believe Shadow died...
I love your stories and all but I seriously cried like a baby during the last few paragraphs.
I always loved Shadow the most out of all Naruto's pokemon. After all, Shadow was the ideal friend pokemon or otherwise. Shadow also reminded me a lot of a friend of mine as well. She died from leukemia 3 years ago. She was my only friend. I was always the outcast in school and even amongst my cousins so when she passed on I felt like dying. Shadow was a lot like her personality-wise.

Well, that was one of the most depressing and sad things I have ever read. But I guess the start is more depressing than the end... I am glad you finished it on a high note, though.
Congratulations, though. You really succeeded in making me ALMOST cry after reading that. Now that I have read the previous stories before this, I only think one thing...

Oh my god. You've done it. You actually made me cry. I don't know whether to curse you or applaud you for managing that. It's obvious now why Uzu-chan said Minato and Kushina wanted her and Senkou to breed: to give Naruto an egg! This is without a doubt the most heartbreaking story of yours that I have read.

I can't wait to see the new Eevee! I'm not sure how Naruto's going to take it, but at least taking care of it should distract him from his grief. I wonder how Demon will react to the baby pokemon.

Um... Is it just me or did you have three subplots and then only finish two of them? What ever happened to the pikachu interactions? I want some closure dangit!

When you first mentioned Senkou in this fic, I thought that you were referring to an urn for Minato's dead pokemon. This first scene is a bit risque for K+ rating, but it also brings to mind how people were complaining that the scene in The Lion King between Simba and Nala was too suggestive.
Poor Ash. I hope he does well. It's good that Demon is moving past his memories of the other Vulpixes' taunts.
I'm glad that Hinata is trying to be there for Naruto. She's now seen Minato so I'm guessing that she has figured out who Naruto's father is.
I'm a bit lost why Nagato is collecting all of these legendary pokemon. I wonder how he'll be stopped.
