Aww, I know - that was THE CUTEST thing. Well... I dunno, this story is getting pretty dang cute. We'll have to wait and see. I, for one, am certainly taking a liking to Adrienne. :)
I can totally see Lassie doing these things - his gun, the sunglasses, the overnight bag he always keeps in his car... ;)
I love how they said those things at the same time. Mental facepalm indeed. :D

No, I really liked how you let Lassie call his gun his "baby", like he did in the hangover episode. :) Right? And I like that he and Adrienne get a little closer! I would love to see the next chapter soon!
