Thank you for your post. I've been thinking about adding another review all day as I didn't actually review the chapter and also didn't think I'd conveyed enough thanks for what you have done.
Having re read the chapter a few times I can absolutely see where you're coming from in terms of this being the ending of all the hurt/damage etc. The way Jackson couldn't cry at the start as he'd cut himself off emotionally again and then when he released all that pent up emotion for the lost years and for realising he couldn't live without Aaron, well that was so powerful and expertly written.
Thank you again so much for this staggeringly well written story. I will keep my fingers crossed that you will return to us with more Aarson :-)

Well these reviews were certainly unexpected. I had no idea everyone would be so disappointed (and in some cases quite angry) with the way the story ended. If I had continued to write, it would have been Jackson helping Aaron through his recovery. But then I’d already done the ‘recovery’ in Motionless and I felt that to do it again would cheapen things. I would not have included a long hard conversation between them, were Aaron convinced Jackson of his love. I just felt that after everything, after the back and force and all the tears that it wasn’t needed. I hoped I communicated that this was it, the end of all the pain. Jackson realising that this was too important for doubts and insecurities, and that this was the end of going in circles and the beginning of their new life.
I do really appreciate your feedback and it’s actually nicer to hear that you’re sad it’s finished rather than indifferent. I’m sorry if I let you down.

I can understand you leaving this story at the stage as I feel that the future including Aarons road to recovery and reconecting with Jackson is a whole new story which I'm sure in time you will feel able to write
As you pointed out in the Authors Notes you've already got some ideas so I say - bring it on
As for Between Points - In my humble opinion it has been the best read i've had for a long time, there are loads of stories and authors on this side that I admire and you my dear are certainly one of those
Thank you for all the hours taken to put this together the faithful way you prtrayed " our heros " I wait with baited breath for more from You - and Sylvain Too!

Another brilliant chapter and a lovely emotional ending to what has been a wonderful fic. I have been completely engrossed and eagerly awaited every chapter.
Having read and reflected on the other reviews I can actually see why you have left it here, although I didn't expect or want it. Of course I would love to read so much more but with Chas' admission, Dean having gone and all the main players' around Aaron, who has started on albeit a long road to recovery, it does indeed feel like that they are now at "day zero".
I would love to read all about Aaron's recovery and how they find themselves back together and still together so many years later but perhaps (and all my fingers are crossed!) that is for another fic.
Thank you for this story and the sheer dedication and time you have taken over it. I remember you said you were having a break before you started writing this fic :), hoping you're still addicted!.

I loved how you wrote Jackson's inability to cry, very well described and Chas' conversation with him was very moving and I'm glad that she admiited she'd been wrong to try and keep them apart and that she knew Aaron always loved Jackson.
I can understand why some readers have been left feeling a little short changed here as you've ended this story fairly suddenly. You have explained Aaron's bipolar vey well and it's consequences but I was under the impression that this story would show Aaron and Jackson getting back together.
I would like to read more of Aaron's recovery and of his and Jackson's restarting of their relationship. I hope you write this once you've had a break as I'm sure all of us would like to know how they found their way back to each other. Thanks for writing x.

Loved this story, it could have gone on for another 56 chapters for me! Fascinating to read. Would have been interesting to have a few chapters detailing the recovery so it's a shame it's ended there. I do like how the story focussed on the struggle with bipolar rather than just the relationship between them, makes it a bit different.
Look forward to more of your work at some point! x

I'm at a loss for words as I'm so devastated that you have finished the story there. I have been thinking that there was still a long way to go, the actual getting back together, the conversations and the happiness of their ongoing relationship. After asking for this story to be written I was so grateful that you did write and so amazingly well; I have never wanted to hassle you for updates and now I feel selfish as obviously this is something you do in your spare time for very little reward but please don't leave it there?
If you do then I have to say a huge thank you for writing this, it's been so powerful to read and I've loved every word of it but I really would love more :-(

2If I Knew
I've enjoyed this story throughout however I feel by ending it on this chapter you have short changed every single person that has read it and that has reviewed. The premise of this story was to tell how Aaron and Jackson got back together, you haven't done that. What you have done is, in great detail talk about Aaron's bipolar disorder. It seems that somewhere along the line you forgot the reason people were so interested in this story in the first place and that was to read about how Aaron and Jackson made their way back to one another.
This chapter, to me and I'm guessing to everyone else that reads it isn't really a final, ending chapter because it doesn't give what every single reader wanted. Aaron and Jackson back together.
I feel that once you started being beta'd you also lost your way a little and you focused more on telling the story of Aaron Bipolar than Jackson's and Aaron's relationship.
I'm very disappointed by this chapter being the last and I think a lot of other people will be.

I was surprised that this was the last chapter. I didn't see it coming and also didn't want it to.
Yes, I've noticed the change in your style but I think it fitted with the content. You were dealing with complex and sensitive issues and emotions and the new style suited this.
Although this story has ended it feels more like a pause as there is still so much I'd like to know. Obviously they do stay together but it won't be plain sailing as they'll have to deal with Aaron's recovery and also re-establish the reality of their relationship (Jackson must be wondering how much of what happened between them was influenced by Aaron's condition). Obviously I hope you write this (pretty please).
Thank you so much for this story. At times it has been painful to read but it has always been completely gripping. I hope you continue to write as you are genuinely talented.

Not been a fan of Chas through the story so far, although i always had some sympathy for her situation but at last she has been honest and i really felt for her.
Gosh so much has happened that i havent reviewed (trying to write on my old phone is a nightmare) but every chapter has been as fantastic to read as the last. I have no clue where Dean will go from here or how Aaron and Jackson find their way back but am so looking forward to reading much more.
