Why oh why couldn't this have been part of the show! It's far more realistic and IC than how they showed Wilson forgiving him in the ep. (and I lvoe the idea of House spending most of the new season trying to win Wilson back)
Wilson's got his own devious side but the writers don't give him enough chances to show it off.

Haha, nice... I can totally see something like this happening on the show. And actually, it just might've gotten to this point had Wilson not decided to just deck House and get it over with. Damn, he doesn't know what he missed out on... Oh well. Interesting title, by the way.

I love the 'fruit' basket. The pink flamingoes with the little canes are a nice touch as well.
Poor Foreman. He thought being Dean of Medicine at PPTH would be prestige, authority and a great parking space. He never figured on having to deal with House. And Wilson. And House and Wilson united as Trouble Brothers. But then, PPTH's motto always has been 'you get what you need', and Foreman needs House and Wilson to remind him that he's not everything he thinks he is.
