The starting was good. but honestly I dont think that harry would forgive Lily so easily specially as it resulted in Luna's death. harry is a human who had just been through a big battle with many death on his conscience, he is not a saint ready to forgive in a he may have forgiven but not before saying some harsh words..

I really enjoyed this. It is rare that a story makes me want to write a review but this one deserved it. It is unusual and set out to do a wonderfully simple thing. Change that bastard boy who would've been spoiled rotten had Harry's Parents lived.
It did a great job. It was short and it worked very well. Most of the characters felt very real and I truly felt for Neville even though Luna died off screen when her death could've been traumatic and vivid and real. Thats alright though. For such a small little story it carried a big punch. A new perspective on Harry and just how badass the kid is(or at least should be).
I truly enjoyed it. I wish you had a bit more detail inbetween all your dialogue but beggars can't be choosers.

Harry's acted really sweet, I'm glad you've done the story justice by making him change. The bit with Neville and the snake was really effective, I think that would really inspire him.
Sad to see this story go but the pacing worked so it was good you ended it there. :)

I really like the way AU!Harry is so much like James, it really makes his character believable, and I'm glad he's learnt a lesson from Canon!Harry.
The little moments between James/Lily and Ginny/Neville were cute as well.
I want to see how the AU characters act in their world now! Have they really changed at all...? :P
