I really like how you made the situation much more realistic with Spyro's condition. It just makes a lot more sense than him having seemingly unlimited power, especially after putting the planet back together. Even he has his limits, right? This situation is a great nominee to explain why they were gone for around a whole week before returning to Warfang, for what else could they be doing and where else could they be? This seems to fit the story perfectly, and your OC's are really cool too.
