Pardon it's taken a me a while to get around to this. Had to do some research papers of respectable length for final projects this week in ethics and science. Love having a quarter system.
Anyway, the first portion I enjoy immensely. As I was reading it, I was reminded of a favorite tune of mine "Stop, Hey What's That Sound" by Buffalo Springfield, a protest song, due to its almost haunting melody. It might even rank as "That song" you've heard but never knew what it was. Specifically the lines: "There's battle lines being drawn / Nobody's right if everybody's wrong".
While not to answer T0M's review but to build along their train of thought, I could see the reason for not forcibly taking a marked individual if that course of action causes complications with their legend. I do not believe they'd be mindless automatons that blindly come to the aid of their chosen, but rather it's the individual's choice to associate with with a given faction that solidifies the legend's cooperation to the fullest extent. But, time will tell in regards to that!
["I'M 20 YOU **! NOW GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HELICOPTER!"] This made me laugh, I admit. I can completely identify with that reaction, but in my case, it was the opposite. My mom had to carry a copy of my birth certificate in her purse because no one would believe I was 11/12/13 when I was about 5'9". Got yelled at when I was 11 by an older lady I was too old to trick-or-treat anymore. Told me not to lie to her when I said I was 11. I remember getting asked by the luggage check in person at an airport if I was over 18 when I was 13. I still get it every now and then, but it's usually because people don't associate someone my age with driving a classic car. They want a Prius or a Smart car, something green and hip. I drive a battleship ("Look Daddy! The Batmobile!" Damn do I love kids).
Anyway, much enjoyed, and I look forward to your next update.

Appearance: At a terribly noted height of 5'3, June isn't the tallest of tall in the Faction. Her hair color is a dark, rich honey-blonde color that could be pulled off as a really light brown at times, where as her light, icy blue eyes contrast with her natural light olive skin tone.
History: June was born in Cinnabar Island, where her parents, Samantha Jones and Eddard Nimbasa relocated to when the ar was going to start. Unknown her June, her elder brother Aoi-known to her as Santa, given his white colored hair- was enlisted a few years before she was born-. After pondering on why her paents refused to let them out of her sight, June's eyes fell upon Aoi's room- closed off to the world of darkness, June found scattered papers under his bed, giving tales of the Faction and war ahead. Upon reading this, June left without a word one day, and leaving a note, telling her parents that she "found out about Aoi and his papers" and set out to find him.

Okay! Here's your well deserved review! Sorry I took so long! The beginning was beautifully written and explained a lot of things. I wonder who the man is? I bet it's Giovanni! Anyways, the scene with Sarah was funny! I loved when she kicked Katelyn out of the Helicopter and said, "I'm 20 Dumb-**!" It made me laugh. I wonder what gave that one boy his scar? And do I sense romance? Ha ha, looks like Spenser is still his loud and YELLING!-self. I hope Katelyn catches back up with Serj and Will! Oh, and Ayla seems like a cool character! All in all, it was a very good chapter! Can't wait for my OC's to appear! Keep it up~

This chapter is definately better than the other two. I can see you put a lot of work into building up Katelyn's backstory.
I like the dialogue between her young self and the stranger from Team Chaos. I liked how he made her reevaluate her thoughts rather than regurgitate what her parents tell her, although I'm pretty sure his sources are biased. At least there are hits of gray in these characters; its a lot more than black and white so good job there!
I wonder why he didn't just take her if she had the mark on her. In the prologue, there was strong urgency to seize these children so I doubt he would've hesitated just because the girl is that young. Maybe he didn't really want to? Or he felt bad? I guess that'll be explained later.
I wonder though, if she doesn't know what the mark is, then I wonder how much of the population on this planet even know of Aresus' prophecy.
Woah, if Sarah is 20, why does she look 12? I know she has a baby face and is short for her age, but wow, she must look really young. Generally the age you can look when you're 20 is your late teens, not when you're barely hitting puberty. Poor Sarah.

I wonder why Katelyn is even there if she's already complaining and using baby language as a rebuttal.
The thing with Katelyn is that I'm trying to figure out her personality. At times she seems like a sweet girl, if not a total klutz sometimes, but then she makes comments like 'that was rude of him' to the guy who took the time out of his own busy schedule to help her out. Then she's concerned with finding out his name, not to get him back as I thought, but just because.

Great job with the update! Everything looks nice and it's very interesting. The flashbacks are all interesting, and it gave a very interesting aspect into the points of view on the sides of conflict. I'm excited to see what you come up with next!

Faction: United Forces, 2 year member
Appearence: Dark brown wavy hair that touches her middle back and curls to frame her face. A round, oval shaped face with one green eye and one eye that is half green/half blue. Average hieght and healthy body type, not skinny but not fat. She wears a plain black t-shirt and OD green pants with bulky shoes{like skater shoes.} She wears a necklace with a lightning bolt charm to represent her city that she NEVER takes off. Her mark is a silver cresent moon located inside the crease of her elbow.
History: She lived in Vermillion with her parents where war ravaged the land. They lived in fear, hiding out in the underground tunnel where the Diglett resided. Her whole childhood was spent in fear of the horrible things the world was consumed in. When she turned 10, she encountered a Pikachu roaming close the the gym and befriended him and not long after, her parents disappeared and survival pushed her to join the United Forces where she was welcomed and stationed in Johto where she travels from town to town. She is involved in many big operations because Mindy is condidered amoung their most loyal. Since then, she has caught 2 more pokemon while proving herself to be loyal to their cause.
Personality: Mindy is a bit apathetic and alot saracastic. More the pessimist. She is fiercly loyal to her faction and the few friends that she has managed to make. When there are battles between someone in her faction and a memeber of another, she will protect them at all costs. Though she herself has no opinion on how the world should be, she will fight tooth and nail for United because of the gratitude she has for them for taking her in. Most of the time, she perfers the company of pokemon to humans and hates to be proved wrong. She can be selfish over little things and often speaks out when someone she sees someone under her is giving orders. She thinks her plan is always better and that she is mostly right. Her only fear is her faction abondoning her or her pokemon.
Likes: Noodles, Sweets, cold weather, electric pokemon, rock music, the wind or a windy day, her pokemon, friends, and superiors
Dislikes: Other know-it-alls, heat, spicy foods, when things don't go the way she planned, when something surprises her, new snotty recruits, people who talk alot

Talents: PLanning, focus, table turning battle stratagies, rhyming

If he could talk, he would be able to finsih her sentances. MOVES Iron Tail, Thunderbolt, Volt Tackle, Mega PUnch
CROSS- A Jolteon who Mindy found hurt on the outskirts of Goldenrod. She nursed him back to health and he immediatly stuck to her. Cross is like Mindy in that he doesn't like others. He is anti-social and only interacts with anyone other than Mindy's pokemon if he has to. He is very serious and strict . MOVES Pin Mmissle, Thunderbolt, Bite, Quick Attack
NALA- A Vulpix that Mindy caught on a trip to Cinnabar Island. She is nuturing and cares for others. She enjoys cuddling with Mindy and playing with the baby pokemon as much as possible. Her and Cross argue frequently about their opposing views on socialization. MOVES Flamethrower, Shadow Ball, Giga Impact, Fire Fang

Father: Kyle Broooks. Just a regular man who worked in SS Ann. Presumed dead.
Mother: Debra Brooks. A stay at home wife and mother. Presumed dead.

Region: Kanto, Pallet Town. Currently Traveling
Faction:Freelancer (always accepts works against Team Chaos)
Appearance: Understanding Blue Eyes. White spiky hair that is soft and silky which covers his left eye. Wears a grey hoodless cloak which covers his lean built body a blue t-shirt under his cloak and blue straight cut jeans he wears combat boots he has a scar under his left eye caused by his Pidgeot and a mark that looks like a wing on his left shoulder.
History: During his stay with his parents the war didn't affected them but when one day Team Chaos tried capturing the town he fled when he saw that both his parents were protecting him. ever since that time he has a deep hatred towards Team Chaos and vowed vengeance.
Personality:He is usually carefree and out going when he isn't in any mission, and tries to avoid unnecessary fights, he always tries to make those he meet to smile and laugh. he mask his painful past and hatred towards Team Chaos but if he is caught in a corner he will fight with his full strength, he has a deep fear towards ghost type pokemon and will cower or run away. he hates seeing people die because of him and when it happens he will feel sorrow for weeks and is afraid to open up his past. He tends to Doze off anytime, anywhere but even so he can still wake up when there's trouble around

Eevee-it was an egg given to him as a reward from a successful mission to defend a VIP from Team Chaos. it is very carefree and acts cute get out of trouble which is more or less not so good for the opponent he battles against despite being just an Eevee. Ability: Adaptability

Haxorus-Befriended when he was traveling around Unova he is one the outgoing type and tends to charge forward rather than ambush the enemy making him a great front line pokemon when facing in a head to head battle or being out numbered. Abilty: Rivalry
his move set is Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse,Outrage,Guillotine
Krookodile- Heart found it in the desert when it was a Sandile when it was almost beaten by a Scraggy when it was save it had an immediate trust towards Heart. it always help Heart set up traps by using dig and can work together with Haxorus in head on battles Ability: Moxie

Wears a grey hoodless cloak which covers his lean built body a blue t-shirt under his cloak and blue straight cut jeans he wears combat boots he has a scar under his left eye caused by his Pidgeot and a mark that looks like a wing on his left shoulder.
History: During his stay with his parents the war didn't affected them but when one day Team Chaos tried capturing the town he fled when he saw that both his parents were protecting him. ever since that time he has a deep hatred towards Team Chaos and vowed vengeance.
Personality:He is usually carefree and out going when he isn't in any mission, and tries to avoid unnecessary fights, he always tries to make those he meet to smile and laugh. he mask his painful past and hatred towards Team Chaos but if he is caught in a corner he will fight with his full strength, he has a deep fear towards ghost type pokemon and will cower or run away. he hates seeing people die because of him and when it happens he will feel sorrow for weeks and is afraid to open up his past. He tends to Doze off anytime, anywhere but even so he can still wake up when there's trouble around

(Would've reviewed sooner, but I was watching a game :P)
So, we get some backstory on the new girl Katelyn. Team Chaos seems to have their eyes set on her. The scene between Katelyn and the Team Chaos guy (from the description, I'm led to believe it's Giovanni) was well written. How you managed to write a philosophical debate between a young girl and a mafia boss is beyond me.
The Lambda base scene was quite entertaining. Always a laugh when there's a scowling midget trying to look intimidating. And, is that a Skylar sighting? Wonder what he's doing hanging around Lambda base... must be something he thinks will work in his favor. Anyways, his description was spot-on. I don't blame Katelyn for getting unnerved by Skylar's scar :P The line "His eyes were a shade of sky blue, and had a look that seemed like he had lost everything" seems about right. He hasn't -exactly- lost everything (he still has his sister, but he doesn't know where she is), but the forlorn look seems right. One question, though: How does he know so much about Lambda base's layout? My guess is that he's been assisting T-Cross for some time now. It'll be interesting to see where you go with Skylar from here.
Poor Katelyn, getting spooked silly by Lt. Spencer shouting. I don't blame her for disliking him; from what you've written so far, he's a total d-bag :P I think Serj summed it up perfectly with his 'lieutenant **' line.
