Michael should have mentioned something about the burn being a set up or something. I highly doubt current agents are allowed to fraternize with burned agents (after all, Michael was burned for supposedly doing something wrong, even if he didn't actually do it). I love the idea of them being friends though. I can just picture the crazy adventures those two might have gotten into.

Love the story overall. I hope to read more eventually.
