I am speechless. This is one of the best fic I ever read. Seriously. Not only you made me enjoy john and Lestrade as a couple which surprised me because believe me when I say that I cringe over any other couple that is not JohnLock. but you also wrote John soo well. He is so facinating in this fic. he's smart, has nerves of steel, brave, funny and so damn sexy. I fell in love with him and I totally see why would someone like Sherlock fall for him.

I like that instead of John limping home like an abandoned puppy, he had a more direct role with stopping the cabbie (at least, beyond just shooting him in the head). I thought that scene was very well done...exactly as I might imagine John behaving if he had been chosen as one of the cabbie's victims.
Lestrade's proposal is interesting, if a bit disconcerting.

That was interesting.
When John and Lestrade first hooked up all I thought about was Sherlock and how heart-broken he would be.
And he was and he was trying to keep it quiet too but it obvious he was upset.
I do love how it ended.
Now I gotta wonder what will happen with Moriarty and The Great Game?

Greg/John made me cringe. Yes, I said it (and I'll say it again- I cringed). The pairing was very well done, but we all knew it was nothing compared to Johnlock, which seemed to creep up in the shadows. Every time Greg popped up, I couldn't help but think "NUUU. Where's Sherlock?" lol You tortured me...Anyway, very well written story, thanks for taking your time to post it ^^

Very cute. I like the alt-take on getting John and Sherlock together. As much as I liked the Greg/John intereactions, I can't help but wish there was more Sherlock/John, maybe even the two of them getting Greg and Mycroft together.
