if the "mark of athena" means annabeth as to kill someone i'm hoping its octavian,because he jest reaks of Luke-y-ness(exept for the holl turnning good at the end - he's 100% evil. Luke was only 80%)

Seven half-bloods shall answer the call. ( The Seven Demigods Percy,Jason,Annabeth,Hazel,Frank,Piper,Leo )
To storm or fire, the world must fall. ( Referring to Percy,Jason for storm and Leo and Frank for fire to make Gaia the world fall)
An oath to keep with a final breath, ( Having to do with Annabeth's promise to protect Percy)
And foes bear arms to the Doors of Death.( the giants and Gaia taking over TDOD

I think 'Wisdom's daughter walks alone' means that Annabeth is faced with a choice that could either, to use a term I don't normally use, make or break the entire quest, and if anyone tries to advise her something bad's going to happen.
As for the whole Leo/Sammy thing, Leo is probably Sammy's grandson or great-grandson, making Hazel his would-be grandmother. Too weird for words.

Actually, I never even thought of the fourth book! Hearing your thoughts I really agree with you here, RR probably planned the HoO when writing the last few books of Percy Jackson.
I think the oath will have something to do with Chiron's oath to never speak of Camp Jupiter.
I think Leo is her champion just because he's really clever, optimistic unlike his siblings and can conjur fire. After all, she did test him by putting him in the fireplace.
No, I think Sammy is just a family resemblance.
Don't think Arion will drown. He isn't really a main character.
Anyway, got lots of new ideas from your thing! Thanks!

...This is pretty awesome. I literally get shivers when I read "The Mark of Athena will burn through Rome". It was pretty amazing that you caught that in the fourth book. I don't think that Rick will kill off any of the main characters, but I think Reyna will die. He likes to kill of characters that are relevant, but are not included in the prophecies. She's a perfect example. I think that there will be some power struggle between Hades and Zues. I remember somebody (Don't remember who) describing being claimed by your godly parent as a "Burning mark" like the dove with Piper. I think it may have something to do with being claimed by Athena in Rome, but I kind of doubt Rick would add a new character in the last book. Just a thought I guess. I know Rick won't add a reunion. That would be awkward, plus he has never started exactly where he left off before. He may describe it later...

I think that Rick Riordan is definitely going to do an Annabeth pov because who wouldn't want to read a story from Annabeth's pov. I agree with the Arion thing and i'm just as confused as you are about the Sammy/Leo thing. I ship only the couples that Rick has provided us with aka: Percabeth, Jasper, Frazel and a teeny tiny bit of Thaleo even though Rick only says that leo is interested in thalia. I think that the oath to keep with a final breath is thalia' hunter oath because the prophecy says to storm (Jason, Percy or Thalia) or fire (Frank or Leo) the world must fall. I've been thinking about this a lot lately and I'm glad that some people share my perspectives on these things.

In the last series, Annabeth was a crucial part of the prophecy but not actually mentioned in the words...so maybe somebody else who is vital to the quest isn't a half-blood, one of the seven.
Like maybe Chiron? He could be the one who made the oath, or Annabeth...anyone who's made an oath, even unintentionally. So if Percy ( i don't think this did happen) swore in his head to protect Annabeth at all costs, this could be the oath.
I also think Annabeth's MOA might relate to the fact that Athena doesn't approve of Percy? or maybe what happened with Luke?

i totally agree with you exept for on two points
1 - i think that leo will be sammy in some random mixed up way, maybe leo is sammy reborn or something but i deffo think that they are the same person... or i prefer to think like that, i find it interesting
2 - i think that the line - wisdoms daughter walks alone - means that not in a literal sense that she will get lost but that maybe gaea will get to her or threaten percy or something but i think that i means that she will have to make decisions by herself hile concealing it from others, maybe something that upsets her...
