I like that someone else thinks Annabeth is the seventh. I'm almost postive Nico is a POV because he's kidnapped. I'm worried a reunion won't happen too! As for Leo, i think he's the rebirth of Sammy. (Oh boy, another love triangle. I'm gonna explode.) :) "Falling from ice the son of Neptune shall drown" I thought that already happened when Percy drowned the giant.
The mark of athena burns through rome. Hmm. This totally just came to me, but what if it's like war stradegy or architecture. Athena is associated with both, and rome is famous for both. Course, what would they have to do wtih anything. Maybe it's her giant.

First off, I love your ideas :) I personally think the POV's for MoA are definatly going to be Annabeth...maybe percy 9cuz we gotta be updtated with Gaea's plans for him and maybe jason, cuz...idk. We need some "jason comes home to the roamans" pov...
I think there's going to be a reunion scene, rick is smart enough to know his fans will kill him if he doesnt.
I think "An oath to keep with a final breath" is when percy swears to the roamans that the greeks wont harm the romans at the end of SoN. Hazel makes a big deal about it. They have to keep the oath, no matter what, cuz if the roamsn and greeks fight, gaea wins.

Interesting take on the future book.
At first, I've always thought that the reunions would just be all, cotton candy and chocolate, with this big welcoming of leaders and meetings at the Senate House and usual stuff. But Rick's defnitely unpredictable, and after thinking about it, I think Annabeth MIGHT not be on that boat.
The name Mark of Athena, straight away makes me think of Annabeth. She could in fact be on a quest in this book, while Jason, Piper, Leo and all the usual people, sail to Camp Jupiter. At some point, The Mark of Athena prophecy could become clearer, warning of Annabeth's impending doom on her quest.
OR! The entire book would be entirely in Annabeth's POV, on the quest, having us guessing as to what's really happening on the Percy and Jason front.
Really, with what little information Rick's left us, what's going to be in the book is anyone's guess.
But you know, this is all speculation.
On the Great Prophecy, I'm actually quite reeled up about this. In The Lost Hero, the Greeks said that it is ANOTHER Great Prophecy. A NEW one. In The Son of Neptune however, the Romans said it has been around for thousands of years, if I'm not mistaken. So that little mystery... It's causing some confusion in me.
I agree with you on most parts of the Prophecy though. Seven half-bloods, definitely a large chance of it being the 7 you pointed out. But Rick did say the seventh person "is someone straight out of Greek mythology" so I'm not sure. Also, the part that says "shall answer the call" can actually have a double meaning. You really don't know what that means exactly.
Grover, Tyson and Ella could be sailing along with them too, but I think Rachel will stay in the sidelines, back at camp.
'The world must fall' could actually be talking about the Underworld, or any different "worlds" where the gods reside. Like for Poseidon, the oceans and seas. For Zeus, the sky. So maybe, storm or fire, two different elements, breaking up a god's home zone.

And I really think it has something to do with what Hera said, about Annabeth having a great decision to make in front of her. And the bad thing she does. Maybe harm one of Athena's children, her own siblings? Then she would earn the Mark of Athena. *shrugs* I dunno.

You know how Gaia had told Hazel that she could go back to her old life, live it well with her Mom and go back to Sammy Valdez, during that showdown in The Son of Neptune? Well, if you think about it, if Sammy really IS Leo's granfather, and Hazel HAD made he choice of going back to her old life, Leo would NEVER have been born. And would never have been deemed Hera's champion. And then no one would've made the boat, or even FOUND the Hephestus bunker, and Gaia stood an even greater chance of winning!
So in a way, Sammy Valdez actually plays a great part in this story!

For POVs, I feel like during the writing process, Riordan will experiment with all the POVs, and pick a few or just swarm us with them all. I don't think he would do Annabeth though, because she's been developed through the eyes of others, and Riordan himself probably doesn't know what's going on in her head. Nico is captured by Gaea in Rome, so I don't think it's his POV.
On the seventh, it could either be Annabeth, Nico or someone new. Annabeth is going to Rome, that's for sure, but will she make it to Greece? (Not in a death way...) Nico 'answered the call' a little by trying to find the Doors of Death. Also, I remember Riordan saying that the 7th would be someone 'straight out of Greek mythology' as in some famous demigod who was revived with the doors being opened.
On reunions, Percy/Annabeth: They see each other, rush up to each other, stop stop, she touches his face 'oh my gods he's really there.' And they hug + kiss. Yes.
All of Jason's friends/Jason: Insane OHMYGODS and 'Wow you havent changed a bit. And the reunion will be new awkward for Jason than Reyna, but he'll also realize that he doesn like her like that.
Sammy Valdez: My first thought is that Sammy was reborn into Leo, but then I realized that Sammy moved to Texas and that Sammy is probably his Great Grandfather. Hazel will be all interrogator and Leo will be all umm okay and Frank shall be Frank: awesome and glaring (and in need of more of Percy's sence of humor.
I think Annabeth attacking Percy with "YOU JUST HAD TO GO AND GET YOURSELF KIDNAPPED DIDNT YOU?" and he just beig Annabeth will cause Octavian to flip a **.
I think they'll talk and win over the Romans but then all have a private talk with Rayba and Octavian, and which point they tell their stories and have a plan of attack, I also think that to get on the subject of Nico, Hazel will get a vision similar to her blackOuts of Nico, beaten and bloody in captivity. Explain about Nico and his super ninja badassness, then leave after Jason visits around and goes 'I was here for 16 years, gone for half, and now I'm back and I gotta leave.
Now when they leave, it will be Annabeth, Percy, Frank, Hazel, Jason, Piper, Leo, Arion, Tyson, Ella, Ms. o'Leary, and Grover (I do believe he'll be there.) then they'll make a pit stop at Camp Half-Blood so they can drop off Tyson, Ms. o'Leary, Ella and Grover and so they can get supplies and Percy can see everyone and Frank an Hazel can meet everyone. I also think that Percy will get a visit from Poseidon.
Now, Riordan on twitter last week said that, "The Mark of Athena is about a boat" Now, I think this book is only about their travel from USA to Rome (4 being Rome and 5 being Greece). I think they'll stay a night, and then leave in the morning (after Percy visits or calls his mom again. I don't think Rachel is coming, she can't fight, she has no purpose being on the quest.
The Mark of Athena definitley is Deladus' mark thing. And Annbeth is probably not going to get it, even though Hera hinted she would be an issues because it's a murders brand.
Second line: Storm could be Percy or Jason, because they'll both make storms. Fire is definitely Leo though, and Hera said that in a way he is the most important (besides building the ship). I think it is more Percy because Juno said he will have to make a choice he may not be able to do. And that could be it.
Like you, I think that those drowing lines aren't over yet.
Third line: Honestly, I think that Nico has a pretty good chance of dying (So does Frank actually) because it's 'and oath with a final breath' final breath = death and something Nico promised to do is the oath.
Last line: they battle there duuur.
Mark of athena lines: Annabeth also has a choice, and she chides wrong and not even Percy supports her.
Little things I'd like to see:
1) Piper doing her mediator job
2) Jason and Percy being leaders, not fighting, but not smooth sailing either.
3) Percy being all WTF? when he find sour Thalia and Jason are brother and sister
4) Nico being whooped, everyone being mad at him yet worried at first, Percy comforting him when they find him and Hazel crying with Frank comforting her.
4) Frank's wood burning our, but instead of dying he loses his shape shifting abilities.
5) We see another new minor God (preferably Eris or Hecate)
6) Percy + mom reunion
7) Thalia trying to get Hazel to join the hunters
8) Frank being jealous of Leo, and Leo being confused
9) Leo not knowing anything about his family other than his Mom and Dad
10) Hazel and Piper interactions
11) Piper giving Frank romantic advice
12) Frank/Jason interactions (So many characters, so little page time!)
13) Percy and Jason having a fight like the from pirates of the Careabiean 3 wheee Barbosa's telescope is longe by Jack's is longer. Like showing off and 'my _ is better than your _ blank' type of thing
14) Annabeth freaking out of his Mark of Achellis being gone.
15) Octavian causing issues at the Roman camp while their away, and somehow someday gets to the Greek camp or Ella in search of his scrolls.
16) somehow they have to Save Reyna
That is all mainly predictions for the entire series though... Not just the next book...
