My, I think you've got Rhaenyra just right. Her pride would not let the fear get the better of her. She sounds much like I imagine the Empress Maud would have spoken to King Stephen if he had managed to capture her through the Anarchy. I don't know whether you did it intentionally, but your Rhaenyra is much more sympathetic than her brother. Well done.

Sad and arrogant, and so, so truthful. Valarr doesn't come across as overly prleasant in this chapter but he sounds just right. Youth is so arrogant. And yes, it is brittle.

Bloodraven is so human here. It's a side of him we don't see often. Actually, we only saw him once when he was at the height of his power. It's great to see him at his weakest. The gaoler is a real representative of people fearing what they don't understand and being cruel when they see those they fear at their lowest. And yes, hope dies last. Perhaps Aegon will take Brynden out.

Alysanne is awesome! That last line was so powerful. At the same time, it's worth noting how she notices the men of the Night's Watch as unique people, not a black unity. Good Queen Alysanne, indeed.

You're a really good writer and it's such a shame that you haven't gotten more reviews. I really love these drabbles. Even though GRRM doesn't like fanfiction I think he would appreciate what you do. I pretty much consider this canon! And keep the bloodraven/shiera seastar stuff coming!

Remember Sansa would only be able to control the Vale if she had a son by Hardyng, and therefore her son's regent. Otherwise she would be the powerless widow of the previous lord.
