Alright, so since this is your first fic, I figured reading it wouldn't kill me, and as a new author, you could use some writerly critique. Don't take any of this as flames, I'm just saying it as it is.
1) Punctuate. You're missing an array of periods, commas, exclamation points, etc., and people don't like that. Punctuation is a writer's life.
2) Capitalize the title. That's a dead-giveaway that you're new around the site and don't really know what you're doing.
3) Starting off your writing career with OCs is fine and all, but a lot of people avoid stories specifically because of OCs. Just telling you for future reference.
4) The organization with who was decorating and stuff, the long list of heroes, was kind of awkward.
I was mostly just skimming, but these are the main things I think you should look at as a new writer. The site is here for people to share theories and opinions and to delve info characters further, but also to hone in on writing skills. Make sure you can write well; after that, plot and such falls into place like puzzle pieces :)
Happy writing!
