Really liked this, you set up your AU very neatly and didn't over-explain things - it works much better when there's a bit of mystery left! A sequel would be nice - or a prequel :)

I like this. I'm hoping you'll continue it. I'd like to know how things turn out for them. Is Alice with Jasper? Did she never see Carlisle or his way of life? Does she feed from humans? Bella knew about the eyes so I'm guessing no.

oh wow, I truly love it so far. You describe every action in wonderful clarity and I find it easy to identify with bella as well as with Cralisle.
The words flow and give life to your story. Also, the plot is very interesting and I am very anxious to see, where you will lead us.

What a wonderful Carlisle and Bella story. I would love to see how Bella met Alice and for this story to continue.
I know that without Edward and Esme there will be no Rosalie or Emmett. I was just wondering if Jasper and Alice made it together or if that did not occur as well.
Did Edward survive the Influenza or did he die like unto his parents?

I loved the moment when they touched, it was perfect! LOL, and I also loved Charlie telling Carlisle he was Chief or Sir again! That made me laugh. So Charlie :)

I read that there are outtakes. Me want!
I know how plot bunnies are, but if you ever want to make this into a multi chapter, I'd definitely love to see how you work it out.
I really loved this one. It was funny, I was fluffy, and it definitely left me wanting more.

*fangirly squeal* I am SO going to put this story on alert! Wowee! I assume Bella knows about vampires through Alice. You know what? I think this is the first time I've read Carlisle/Bella (I'm not adverse to the pairing, it's just the randomness of how I pick fics to read).
