I loved how hilarious Damon found the bubble mess to be. It's hard to imagine Damon making such a long, grand speech but maybe if he did they'd be together! Glad Elena made the right decision at the end. I wasn't going to be happy with her at all if she acted all-knowing by deciding what was best for both of them. Thanks for posting :)

I ABSOLTELY love this story!
Elena's fight with the washing machine is hilarious, and I admire Damon's capability to not burst out in laughter when he finds her (and his basement) covered in bubbles! I was wiping tears of laughter over here!
The intensity of this moment when they realize what happens to them is caught fantasticly, and after the kiss, this was heartbreaking: 'Damon felt his heart break, because, of course he couldn't get the girl. He never got anything he truly wanted. He was an idiot if he thought that would ever change. This was going to destroy his relationship with the last thing that really mattered to him and it was going to destroy the last remnants of his heart along with it.', and his speech was heartbreaking, too.
It's an amazing story, and after reading this, I'm even more happy that you liked mine...
