This was brilliant! Combated the Reichenbach feels perfectly. A wonderful, fantastic, exciting story! (Look at me going all John Watson to your Sherlockian brilliance- but really it was a great story!)

Ok, there were fantastic lines in this.

"Probably time to do some dusting in the mind palace," John quipped. Cheeky John. LOL

"Chin up, John. I'm sure you'll find a way to pull through." Sherlock's voice was equal parts amused and sarcastic.
And now, when the great detective was stumped, he would call out, "John! Time to reboot! Step lively, man. Lives are at stake!" This had me lol'ing for real. Just the visual of Sherlock running through the flat trying to find John to pound him so he could figure out the answer- and using innocent lives as a weapon to make John do it. Just...too much and so awesome.

I love how you have written Sherlock. He is just sweet enough to be believable and cold enough to still stay in character. He is not really overt but the feels are still there and this just makes it a wonderful story.

"So you must keep me. I demand it." Just that line. That was so cute and childlike and so very Sherlock. Wonderful writing.

Aw, is that love, Sherlock? Lovely story!

John's snore crescendoed into a sputtering snort and Sherlock glared at him. "Shhh!" he hissed. "I'm thinking, John."

Sounds exactly like what I say to the random noises that interrupt me when I'm thinking. (just remove 'John' with whatever made the noise in my case) Though usually I'm just shushing myself. I tend to converse with myself for the most part. I'm quite gabby, even when I'm alone. actually, on more than one occasion my mother has asked me to "turn down the volume on the tv." When it's really just me talking aloud UPSTAIRS in my bedroom. Or she has also asked me "did you have friends over last night? I heard an awful lot of talking up there." To which I reply, "No, just me." and then I awkwardly and quite briskly hustle back to the stairs to go back up into seclusion. (I'm a bit of a hermit...with friends...Hermits United, we get together once every 10 years to swap stories about caves, it's good fun... for a hermit.)

Anyway, these were lovely. Thank You. I liked where you tied them up. :)

Excerpt: John gave Sherlock his best impression of a blinding movie-star smile. "BAFTA material?"

-The BAFTA...You just had to, didn't you. XD

Defiantly got a good laugh out of me with that line!

Excerpt: "John often had to capture the questing hand and gently tug on it, as if he were tethering Sherlock to the earth itself."

Or as I like to put it: "John! You're loosing him! Pull that satellite of yours back into orbit! Hurry!"

Almost brought me to tears! Oh, adorable Sherlock. I've always been found by many to be most Sherlockian in the sense that I don't experience "feels" in the way that most people do unless it's fandom related or period related, but this, all the feels! You truly are a poet, bravo!
