I feel so sorry for the 12-year-old Sherlock. I could feel his suffering throughout this story, which was what I think made it really awesome :)

OMG! This is so good, and so, so, so sad. My brother walked in on me reading this and my eyes have turned glassy. I never(well, rarely) cry from sadness. Good job! You and MadLori are the only two people on earth who have broken my heart! I really do not know whether to love you for making such a great fic or hate you for making me cry. Sherlock...Sherlock, I don't think you are a freak. I'll be your friend, gladly! I'll even give you a hug!

Oh Molly! The poor girl. Just as in the Christmas scene in Scandal, I was cringing for her the whole time he was talking, knowing what she'd think he meant... And nice work on getting lines from the episode in!

It's official: Anderson is destined to annoy me in every universe! Ha. You kept his character well here, I think. And I loved Anthea's appearance! And the mention of Mycroft being well known for showing people where they stand, heh. Some things never change.

John and Irene as a 'duo'! I like that. Their confrontation in Scandal was one of my favourite scenes.
I'm liking the pattern so far where their parents are kind of like the adult versions of them... (John and Irene I mean...definitely not Sherlock!) it's an interesting perspective.

So it took me until the last paragraph to realise the paragraphs between this and - Claire, wasn't it? - in the book *slaps forehead* But I suppose it goes to show how you've made the format your own :) Yeah; we'll go with that explanation...
I love how you write their friendship as kids, more exaggerated than the adult version but the same trust 'n' stuff :) Poor Johnny. But at least they have each other.

This is a good idea (was it Jacqueline Wilson book you got the idea from? I saw it in a shop but never read it). I like how you've given each character so far some depth, even Sally (you've made me like her, and in the show I think she's pathetic, so well done there).
