for Pettigrew's cat

2/13/2011 c1 RonRR
My wife speculates that maybe this cat was actually part kneeezle and likely one of Crookshanks ancestors. That would explain Crookshanks' attitude towards Scabbers :-).

Ron

ps. could do with some formatting help. It is currently all one paragraph (the could be ff.net's fault however, not yours).

I think the Uncertainty Principle is the basis for all magic. By observing, we verify the existence of something (Cogito ergo sum and all that rot), but that means, logically speaking, that by choosing what to obseve, we can alter what exists. The problem lies in the fact that there are 6 billion points of view, and we never seem to agree about anything...

Brilliant.

This will be an valuble tool for teaching my Philiosphy class about Schrödinger's cat.

Thankyou so much

That is actually a pretty good theory.. But this would have been much easier to understand if it weren't written in one long paragraph!

Brilliant! Peter goes quantum physics. And now we now what spurred Crookshanks to hunt for that rat all over the third book. The experiment design was great, except for that small part with the hammer hitting the cat. I really enjoyed the initial parchment discussion (especially Sirius respons) and that tiny Pratchet reference in the end was fun as well.

MEOW!

That was cruel. Eustace would have loved it, I'm sure.

Note: your story should be rated for language.

Hm. That's an... interesting theory. To respond to your review on my Narnia fic, ahem. May I point out that Aslan only let Susan be an archer, and that was all he would let her do in battle? As for swimming, that's a little beside the point. And as for Jill, many girls would be able to that. That's really not a big deal.

Yes, this very much reminded me of people opening and closing fridges to check if the light goes off when you close it. Once my brother spent half an hour doing just that...ugh.

I'm guessing the hammer hit the cat? -laughing- So Wormtail never had much of a taste for cats...or rather, cats never had much of a taste for him.

Your story is infested with Euros. You should re-post it.

Lol. Cute. If I was a cat I wouldn't like Peter either.

[laughs] That's good! No wonder Crookshanks didn't like him!

That was fantastic!

To be perfectly honest, I can't see Peter being the one spouting theories and doing experiments - he's not all that hot academically. I can imagine Sirius doing it, even James... maybe not Remus... but of course, it HAD to be Peter.

And it was wonderful! Why, oh, WHY am I only the second reviewer?

I'm guessing that's suppose to be Schrodingers, It was good, and I don't even like pre-harry stories.
