My grandfather raised tobacco. I never helped in the field but my mom did. She's been gone for many years but this brought back memories of the stories she would tell. Thanks for the memories and I'm really enjoying this story.

kids yeah i have kids hope someone fed mine as i have plently of ff reading to do myself..lol .(rec on your list pound of flesh - i read this as a WIP it killed me waiting for updates .now completed DEF read this if you are looking for a completed stortory to read it will suck you in from the first chapter -thanks for your list of reacs i have read quite a few of them and have added others to mine to read) thanks again great first story .. are you going to write more .. have fun

Just finished reading Country Women. Loved the story. Love all these characters. But I do feel it did end abruptly. I guess, I want an epilog when Bella gets pregnant. If you hadn't gone into how Bella was so upset about not getting pregnant, I wouldn't care so much. I feel they didn't get their HEA yet. I will say- I'm always a little down when I finish a fic, even with an HEA. That just tells you how much I've enjoyed the story. I did reread your bio, and how you say that this is a bit of your own story- so knowing you have kids, and how everyone is telling them that it will happen when it happens, I'm just thinking of it that way.

Aww, yay :) I'm glad they got to go to the prom together. Jessica is nasty. Blech. I don't know if any of the girls in my high school did that, but I wouldn't be surprised. Some of them definitely had reputations. I was just so sheltered & naive back then, I doubt I would've even thought of that happening.
