Really good. I'm hooked. The feelings and thoughts David and Katie have a super realistic and the Disclaimer for chapter 5 was absolutely priceless! The "selling with Spot" thing was good because a) it was unexpected, b) it made David jealouse and gave him competition, and c) let's face it, Spot is hot! I think you should shake up the story a bit and add Spot flirting with Berry and her falling for him (just a tad) but, you know, its your story.
